The AG-95 adaptive gripper is designed for multi-purpose gripping applications and can pick up objects of different sizes and shapes with high stroke and adjustable gripping force without changing the end-tools. Seamless integration with collaborative robots makes it easy to use.
With the Plug&Play system installed in the flow, the user has easy access to full control of the gripper, including position and force control and gripper sensing. In addition, the gripper supports Modbus RTU protocol and IO mode control. Other communication protocols, such as USB and ETHERNET, can be transmitted via a protocol converter to the programming interface, which:
- For Iphone, IOS CRStudio V2.1.0 or older,
- AndroidCRStudioV4.0.0.6 or older for Android devices,
- For PCs, DobotSCStudio V2 software.
The status of the gripper can be programmed to be read or, with the grip and inclination detection function, the gripper can communicate its current status to the user via its built-in light, such as:
- Workpiece grabbed
- Workpiece released
- Workpiece slipped from the gripping jaws
The fingertips are interchangeable, making it suitable for precision machining, component assembly and more.
Its gripping force is adjustable, making it the perfect solution for automating jobs requiring delicate handling. Its communication system switches to self-locking mode in the event of an emergency stop, so that the workpiece is not released in the event of a stoppage. This feature prevents the production of rejects in the event of crisis handling.
It also supports parallel and adaptive gripping, making it much easier to adapt the robotic arm to handle individual workpieces.
With such features, the DH-Robotics AG-95 gripper enhances the gripping and manipulation capabilities of robots used in various scenarios such as machine handling, electronics/automotive parts handling, medicine, etc.
