DOBOT M1 PRO - Advanced SCARA COBOT for various industrial needs
DOBOT M1 PRO
Advanced SCARA COBOT for diverse industrial needs
The DOBOT M1 PRO is a cost-effective intelligent robot arm designed for light industry, with high precision, a wide range of applications and functions, and secondary development. The M1 Pro is capable of performing multiple manufacturing processes such as soldering, sorting with image recognition and PCB plug-in for the ideal, intelligent, customized industrial system.
In addition, its collaborative design enables it to work simultaneously with a human workforce (this requires primary risk analysis). As with collaborative robots, the M1 PRO is equipped with collision sensors that stop the robot in the event of a major force being detected.
Modular design, outstanding flexibility
The modular design of the hardware kits makes them easy to assemble and install. Users can choose from a variety of modules to perform their tasks or according to their teaching needs, allowing them to develop their skills and gain a better understanding of the basic knowledge of the robot arm.
Secondary development, strong extensibility
Several extensible interfaces are available to support secondary development. Developed on a super open ROS platform to take students' imagination to a higher level.
Efficient automatic navigation and control
The M1 PRO combines the power of environment sensing, precise mapping, positioning and navigation, safe material avoidance, multi-point circling and other intelligent robot functions to effectively handle even wide-range material handling.
WIDE RANGE OF ACCESSORIES AND END TOOLS
Compatible with a wide range of end tools and accessories, it will meet even the most specific needs of businesses. It is compatible with vacuum (vacuum source required) and electric powered grippers, conveyor accessories, image processing units, and Modbus and PLC accessories for communication.

Simple programming options for end users
The M1 PRO supports wireless control of various devices with multiple programming options. The operator can also program in a block-based system using the DOBOT graphical programming software.
Alternatively, manual teach-in is available. The robotic arm can accurately mimic human actions by guiding the operator's hand. This significantly reduces testing time and simplifies the programming process, so that even without a programmer, the robot can be easily trained for tasks that do not require complicated operations.
Ample teaching materials
Tutorials such as basic task tracking, route planning, object transport and the Dobot Robot Vision Kit help you to acquire step-by-step knowledge for handling industrial robots.
